is a superbeing from the planet JUGDOM. He first appears in Issue #1 of Chronicles of Manspeed: The Fall of JUGDOM

Backstory
Born on the dying planet of JUGDOM-9 to physicist father Goflast and radiobiologist mother
Spwedina, young Swyf-ton hit the ground running. In the last moments before JUGDOM-9's destruction,
Spwedina placed Swyf-ton into an escape pod build by his father. He was shot into the atmosphere of JUGDOM as
the ground crumbled beneath the shuttle, he was headed for the only other habitable planet in this sector: Earth.
The only company he had on his journey was XLR'8, a robot who taught him the language and culture of the Earthians.
After 2 years of traveling through the galaxy, Swyf-ton's shuttle landed in the farm of Andrew and Margeret Speedington.
These Earth angels took in the body and raised him as their own. They named him Tony. Tony Speedington.
Throughout his development, Tony realised he was not like other children. He accelerated through puberty and grew a full
beard at the age of 7.
Appearances
- ManSpeed appears in Spiderman #333 in order to help Peter Parker defeat King Sluggish. There is notable sexual tension between the two throughout the issue, although it never comes to a climax.
